Have not had to do much searching of book's and net for a while .
So I will join in,(bet Turbo(Chris) might too ).
I think I have one already and a little warm on another .
But will hit the book's and net now , just to be sure and get some brain cell's a zapping ,

I think number 1 is the Great Lakes XBG-1 prototype .
Because it look's just a little different to the 60 production BG-1's .
But then again my photo is a USMC VB-4M aircraft .

The ancient "alphabet soups" are the FUN ones...

2. By your hint, am I correct in assuming that you mean the one I labeled
originally as P2D-1, is actually a T2D-1? I was going by the 2 vert. fins.

3. Curtiss HS-1,...yeah the single-engine, wing-floats,and bow-chine pretty
much had me cornered to a -1 or -2...no rudder to look at in photo.

4. Curtiss R-6L , again by your hint, my conclusion. In the original photo
does #4 have a "Fokker D-7 like" vertical fin ?... I can't tell due to the
light-on-light combination of fin/background. Sure looks like HS wings
judging by the ailerons..which would lead me back to the NAF product.

I have a concern with #2 being a T2D-1, rather than a P2D-1. But your
research materials are probably far better than mine.

Reason for concern is this blurb...could be an error..

Well, #10 looks rough...I think I let our "southern-hemisphere and
cross-pond chums" have fun with it first. Books are fine but something
with a "back-beat and nice legs nearby" is in order tonight. Off to
