I don't want to be unfair to JPAC, because I don't know anything about the decision process thay use to allocate their efforts, but why did the family have to bring the political heat to get the remains recovered?
Someone else already did all the leg work to find the site and ID the wreck, so I'm wondering what could have been the problem.
