I haven't paid attention to how many new parts could be made for a Mustang in several years. I do remember that the doghouse/radiator portion was one of the last hurtles to make new--and it looks like this P-51 has entirely new material down there. Very nice.

Actually those were one of the first. Just about every gear up landing/groundloop to a gear collapse demanded a new or repaired doghouse!
