No it isn't. Say, could you blow into my spout? It will only take a few moments.
How to Inflate "Otto Pilot":
Is your plane spinning out of control?

Maybe there's no air in your Otto Pilot!

Follow these simple steps to fill your pilot with air and wait for the fun to begin.
Steps:
1. Find your pilot's air spout.
2. Pull on the air spout until it sticks out from the surface under his belt.
3. Open the spout.
4. Wash the air spout thoroughly with soap and water. Rinse well.
5. Fill your lungs with air and seal your lips around the spout.
6. Exhale into the pilot.
7. Plug the opening of the spout with your tongue, open your mouth and inhale.
8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 until the pilot is fully inflated.
9. Quickly close the air spout and press it back under the surface of the belt.
Tips:
Some pilots have air valves to prevent air from escaping when the spout is open. Inflating this type of pilot is similar to inflating a non-valve pilot, except there's no need to plug the spout with your tongue as you inhale. Instead, gently squeeze the base of the spout with your fingers or teeth as you exhale and release your grip while you inhale.
