I don't mind it that much, but let's face it the BT's look best in natural metal.

I remember seeing a pic once of a BT that was being used as a hack by some outfit in the CBI, and although it was a b&w pic the airplane looked somewhat similiar to this one.

(Heck - parts of mine are purple!) :D

HA, I know the guy who restored this, in fact he did it in our hangar. I don't have anything nice to say about him or the aircraft. It appears that it has since changed hands.

I like aircraft with the 'olive drab' paint. They look more authentic. Although you see most BT-13's in NMF I am sure some were painted in Olive drab over Natural Gray during WWII. In fact I have seen pictures of them like that.
