that looks like a b24 to me. no rear blisters, wing placement, i did notice that the nosewheel doors opened inward though, what does this mean??

It's a PB4Y-1, the early Navy versions had twin tails and no side blisters.
I was really grooving on that jeeps paint scheme!

ALL PB4Y-1's were standard B-24's painted in Navy colors. The single tail, side blisters, dual top turrets, etc. were on the PB4Y-2

Glad you like the video. The early Navy PB4Y-1 retained the AAF coloration. In mid 1944, they changed over to the blue/dull gray scheme. The PB4Y-2 had the tricolor scheme until replaced with the glossy sea blue.

The film shows a PB4Y-1 Liberator and crew of VPB-116 landing at Tinian during August 1944.
