I worked on them for Zantop. we had allison D-501 or military T-56.. They require more work than a JT-8, always something wrong on a line turn. Of course ours were rode hard but I bet those were to.
The prop oil was always low and and A 12" ladder is required equipment.

$55,000,000 for 5 used transports. I really like the C-130's, just seems like alot of money. Any ideas what Air Force they were in?

That would be a nifty little toy.

Seems as though the price has gone up. I'm also interested to know which military the airplane came from.
