Hey guys, I am not sure if any of you have ever been to Disney World in Florida, but in MGM studios on the backlot tour there is a Lockheed Loadstar it looks like. I have seen it several times, but the last time I was there it was taken apart and placed by a fence. Any one know any of the details of this thing?

Is the Lockheed a mock up or a real airframe? If it is a real airplane, anybody have any idea who to contact about getting it for a parts airframe? We could sure use those belly formers for on our plane.

I was at MGM last week, tour is still there. Lodestar is there. The P-40s should be burned they look so bad. Even has Walt's Gulfstream 1 there. There was a kitbuilt BabyBell (mini Bell 47 chopper) from some movie I never saw.

There is some kind of autothrillshow (kindof like driving out of parking lot at Disney) that takes up part of the tram ride but its pretty much all still there.
