If you also have an interest in the Boston

Here are a few nice period images of early RAAF bostons.

And here are a couple that I took of the restored A28-8, on a recent visit to RAAF Museum Point Cook

Here's the NMUSAF A-20G. Not as sharp as I would have liked, but I was holding the camera over my head on an extended tripod.

the ship strafer / skip bombing pic is a classic, but sadly i think it was hit by aa fire & hit the water shortly after. it was shot in a sequence showing the water impact. or it was another pic close to this one's scenario.

???

nope. The one you're thinking is a 4 photo sequence of a A-20G going down attacking shipping in Formosa in 1944.
This shot is of a 3rd AG A-20 which hit the fore mast of the freighter it was skip bombing off New Guinea 1943. It went down
about 200-300 yards past it's intended target. The gunner was lost but Dumbo picked up the pilot. BTW the freighter sank.

Wow guys thanks for all the awsome photos. 8)
I have started to have a real interest in this bird has of late, but I have always been a fan of twin engine bombers.
