Mike and I spent a chilly morning watching the Halifax move at CFB Trenton. It was great to see the Halifax outside for the last time. On a sad note it will be off limits for the next few months while the museum building is completed.

Eric,
Thanks for posting the photo and the link to the others on your website! It is truly amazing the job that the volunteers have done in returning this rare beast back to her former glory..!
Did you manage to talk to any of the volunteers as I know they were having trouble molding the plexiglass for the nose blister..

It was great to see NA337 move to her new home. I think the move went pretty smoothly. Just a few very minor not even glitches here and throw a little gravel there and she was sitting on her new pad in about 2 hours.

I can't wait to see her when the new building opens!

What a fantastic photo's Thanks guys for this magnificent roll-out (and roll-in again).

It is good to see that they assembled the full fuselage and inboard wings before she was moved. Very impressive... thanks eric!

I have to say a couple of those shots with the cloud formations in the background are great really add a depth to the pictures.

Tim,

Thanks, it was a very bad lighting conditions. Shooting into the sun. I was hoping it would cloud over to reduce the back lighting.
