Last year i watched the show from an RV storage yard that was being paved during Saturday's show ( i also paid addmission for the show both days so not to miss the static displays). My wife is personal friends with the owner of the storage yard (located at the south west corner of Euclid and Kendall road, east on Kendall about 150 yards). The owner had sign's and greeters set up along Kendall welcoming any and all who wanted to park there. They're great people who actually support and contribute to POF and as we left they said "see you next year and bring all your friends".

Do WIX friends qualify? :D

Since this lot is located at the end of the diagonal runway, we actually got some some great buzz job's from alot of the participants. The best thing about this location is the sun being at your back.

Hope to see a good turnout this year!!!!

What a fantastic display! :D

There was both a morning and an afternoon flight featuring both P-38s.

Don't forget, you'll see 33% more P-38s in the air at the May airshow!!!! Maybe Yanks will have theirs out on static display as well.

Oh, and is that Mudge I can see in the back of the PoF one?

Great pictures. Tough weekend. Chino, Riverside and Pt Mugu all had things going on this weekend along with a race that I was at in Fontana.

There will be two more P-38s flying by mid summer. That'll be 5 flying. We need a gathering.

Actually bdk, that would be 50% more P38's, unless someone is flying a scael model version.

Well, as long as Glacier Girl is flying the pond, there's this little summer get-together in Wisconsin...
