I was doing some stuff up at ANE recently – here are some pictures from the American Wings Air Museum.

More info about the museum on their website.

They have a lot of Mohawks

The Stoof is a flyer, it's just waiting to get the props back from the shop.

To be honest, I had to go back and count them in my own pictures; 8 airframes plus the two cockpit section displays.

Not to say I got them all, though!

Is the in-line engine airplane, a French Halcyon?

I am glad to see the STECO there! I wondered what had happened to it, when the museum in Owatonna closed its doors.

Thank you for sharing your pictures.

Saludos,

Tulio

I know this sounds bad, but I don’t recall at the moment.

You might recognize the prop, it’s a 12D40, with the rear half of a T-6 spinner. What looks like zinc chromate on the cowl is actually new Fiberglass. The workmanship is just amazing!

Ah, the second picture of the T-41 brings back memories as that is the first type of plane I had flight time in. Thanks for sharing the pics. :D
