Does anyone know where the second YF-17 Cobra is currently located at? I know prototype #1 is on display at the Western Museum of Flight Hawthorne,Ca. I was under the impression only 2 of these aircraft were made. thanks as usual.

What about the one that is (used to be?) at the US Museum of Naval Aviation at NAS Pensacola, Florida?

Prototype 1 72-1569 is at Hawthorne, Prototype 2 72-1570 was at Pensacola up to the midd-1990s and is now at the USS Alabama. The NMNA was more interested in having a representative service aircraft rather than a barely-related prototype
