Could I have a few more photos of the tug please?

Stellar Airpark. Would that mean that Chuck Leshe is involved?

Nope, not Chuck Leshe. I'm not sure the owner of Red Dog wants his name put out there but Nazzi Hirani owns SU-SU. He's a terrific person and as soon as he gets some more time in the plane, he wants to start hitting some airshows. Sorry Saberdriver. Like I said, "new homes". I'm not sure how much Red Dog will fly but SU-SU will fly a lot.

I like the collared props on SU SU. I dont see those often.

Here you go BDK. These are the best of the tug.
Sorry about the old gray haired fart in front. I always seem to get in the way.
heres a few more of SU-SU taken by Rich Hall upon arrival
SU-SU in formation with Dale and Brian Churchill in their T-6s.
On rollout with Larry Perkins flying and the owner Nazzi in the back seat.
the admiring crowd. It's a beautiful plane!!!

Thanks, I've got a tug just like that and I'm trying to get some ideas as to how I might restore it. It is missing the engine side covers for one so I wanted to see how those are supposed to look.
My tug was surplus from Douglas in Torrance. Probably hauled lots of Skyraider parts around the plant in its day.

It would be a shame to let a restoration like Red Dog sit. I hope the owner sees fit to fly. As for not wanting his name out there. All you have to do is check the gov. FAA site to see who owns the plane. I can't imagine a single reason why I would want to be an anonymous Mustang owner, but I'm not a pilot either.

A quick search of Red Dog's registration N74469 on the FAA Registry Database revealed that the owner is North American Aviation Inc., whose President and Owner (according to their website) is Dan Robertson, so it would seem that Mr. Robertson is the owner of Red Dog. (btw this is all publicly available information)

Actually the new owner is Ron Pratt. Good guy but enjoys his privacy. I'm sure it will fly some but I'm not sure to what extent. Hey BDK, I'll get some more pics of the tug this weekend.

I was told that the new owner of Red Dog is the same guy who bought the 50's bus for something like $4,000,000 at the Barrett Jackson auction.
I will try to post pictures of the tug I use as well. We restored it painted it camo with a shark mouth.

I knew I had heard the name before. He is all over SPEED during the auction. He also bought Caroll Shelby's supersnake for $5,000,000 this year.

But sometimes you use public info and get 2+2=5. Indeed the former owner of Red Dog was North American Aviation Inc...but not the North American Aviation Inc. of Kansas that your research located. (It is not unusual for corporations with similar names to exist in more then one state.) The former owner was based in Ohio even if the airplane wasn't. He also recently owned another Mustang as well.
