I saw her at Thunder, and of course I see her at EFD. Beautiful bird!

Great pics - thanks for posting!

As a kid growing up in Corpus Christi (very close to Cabaniss Field), it wasn't unusual to see a TA-4J flying overhead. Always have a special place in my heart for those.

In the last few pics, there looks to be an open panel and a RAT hanging down. What happened?

Maybe just a test of the system?

Ollie wins the prize ! (OK, there really isn't a prize ) :D

We were doing a check flight and breifed ahead of time that the last approach would include RAT deployment to check system function.

I'm happy to say that after the flight she landed with NO Squawks, :D thanks to the all volunteer crew ! It doesn't get any better than that. :drink3:

That has to be the cleanest A-4 I have ever seen. She is sweet.

Great to see, it's been 20 years since I saw a civilian A4 fly at Chino, which was lost two weeks later in June, 1987.

She's so clean because it is a sticking point with me that she stays that way! We worked hard on Sunday afternoon to get lots of grime and fingerprints off her. You should try the heat inside the cockpit, while cleaning the canopy.

Glad you guys like her. Scotty, you REALLY need to talk to Tim about shooting her...
