I believe that is a Czech-built light twin from the 50's...made by LET or Avia or one of those companies and powered by LOM engines. Unfortunately the exact model escapes me for the moment.

It's an Aero 45. There used to be several in the UK, one of which was dressed up as a mini-Heinkel 111 for airshows...!
