Any Finally ~ The best I could do to capture as many B-17's in a single frame. Six of the best !

Oh Geneso.

If only a show like that could happen there again.

8 to 9 B-17's
2 B-24's
1 Lancaster
Maybe even a Privateer by then?

That would even surpass the previous shows with 5 B-17s, 1 B-24, and 1 Lancaster! But the chances of that happening are low. But boy, would that be the greatest show on turf!

Wow... if only I'd known about warbirds back then! That looks like it would've been an incredible show to be at, the B-17's are stunning! You guys are so lucky! Now if they did that again that's a show you couldn't keep me away from. :D

fear not! they'll get back together again. There are more than this in the air these days, right? Perhaps we'll see ALL of them lined up on a runway, and darkenig the sky again! I know I would be overjoyed at that!

Glen - You're up to SIX B-29s. That would be awesome!

On another forum I remember Mike Luther saying they are going to try to do the B-17 gathering again in a few years since it was so popular.
