This is my first thread so I thought I would hit it off with a bang.
I must say I really do enjoy this forum !!

Thanks for inviting me, Col Rohr !!

Cheers Stieglitz,

Boy, did they have trouble starting up the Fw190 on the initial run-up!!
Sounded like it was running on only a couple of cylinders at most !!! :shock:

Thankfully all were firing for the flight-test :lol:

Guys

I have heard that they hope to have the electrical parts needed to allow the u/c stay locked down if they need to lower it manually ready ( some sort of clutch) by December...nice to see it 'fly clean' :wink:

You would almost forget that they use a modern (new built) piston engine here!

Boy was that a looooong download on a dial-up connection! It was worth it though. It looked like they had a video camera mounted in the cockpit. Should be some interesting footage.

Sorry, I should have stated that some were not dial-up friendly.
With broadband you take downloading for granted.. :wink:
