OK, thanks for the google links.

Too bad they did not have this plane around 1942 or so.

Im all for its a pretty sleek aircraft, but I would have to fly it for a better vote :twisted:

i'm 45, & i've loved the f7f since the 70's. it's in my top 5 favorite list. it's the sexiest bird around. those lines of it's profile are drop dead gorgeous!!!

There is one privately owned survivor in storage that is not in the registry. Anyone have an ID?

I was once told BuNo. 80359. No idea if it is correct or not.
