Great outcome for the CAF Dauntless after an engine failure... dead stick landing into a grass strip. No damage but engine will need changed.

Interesting. I drove by American Aero Services Saturday on my way home and saw the Dauntless out on the tarmac. It had landed to troubleshoot a blown fuse and pick up some oil. Soon after it took off and headed west, towards Deland. I'm glad everything turned out okay. Here are a few photos I took on Saturday...

Glad too hear everyone is safe and everything is safe.

Not a good weekend for engines as Sentimental Journey also lost an engine but landed safely (of course) at Nellis after a photo flight before Sunday's show.
