"The Day I Tried to Live" by SoundGarden comes to mind.

We had daily theme songs we'd sing, or try to but not very hard, while in the Navy. "loser", "Self Esteem" comes to mind for a few of them.

I'll have to figure out a song for the more happy times of my life. :?
