My first car was a 1990 Ford Bronco. I remember all of the good times my buddies and I had in that thing. Your whole life changes when you get a car. That is when I started going on real dates and everything else. Man I miss that Bronco.

Mine was a '73 VW Super Beetle (It was 10 years old & didn't even have 20K miles on it!). Didn't matter whether I was driving to - somewhere 15 minutes away or 3 hours away - the heat didn't kick in until 10 minutes before I got there! I vividly recall using the ice scraper on the INSIDE of the windows!

I had the sweetest first ride ever....a 79 rabbit diesel pickup :? It was 0 to 60 in about a week. It was so cool, it had a 4 speed with an engine so loud you couldn't talk to a buddy next to you on the freeway. That was totally sweet

My first vehicle is a 1949 Chevy Fleetline Deluxe two-door that I still have, but WHAT a restoration project it will be!

My first ride was a 1965 F-250 pickup. I managed to destroy the engine within a couple of months, through sheer ingnorance. It developed a coolant leak overheated so bad that it quit. The engine seized a couple of weeks later..in the middle of the night..in the middle of nowhere..in the middle of Nebraska..and it was 20 below zero! That was a road trip I'll never forget!

The first "cool car" I ever owned was a 1980 Mustang. It was a run-out POS when I got it in 1988, but I thought I was the shiz-nit! (first car I ever got laid in, too..although she refused to again after we got caught by the cops..)

Ztex, he looks like he is well fed. Wait til he gets to be 21 and wants to race motorcyles. That car might protect him well as long as hw always wears his seat belt. Are you going to Lancaster open house or Midland?

I can sympathize with you, Ztex, my 18 year old daughter got her license last Friday. I couldn't hold her off any longer.

Her brother asked me where she was yesterday, I told him " she has your mother's Expedition, we may never see her again".

My first ride is ( I still have it in the garage) 1977 Black and Gold Trans AM. No back seat, but quite the "chick magnet".
