Checkin Barnstormers today, and i already knew about this ad for a little while but i dont remember seeing any thread about it, so i figured maybe someone here would know a little more. But then again, cant say i remember much! :rolleyes:

Interesting pics, but whose B-24 is that? San Diego Museum's?

I’m curious about what other pieces they have. Could they come up with a complete B-24 fuselage? I guess I would have to find a good set of wings. :D You all know what I'm scheming about. :wink:

so are they selling the whole thing for that asking price on barnstormers..

i guess as its not 100% kosher its not exactly ideal collector piece.


warbirdkid.. thats the spitfirespares hurri.. i dont know why those guys are selling it.. actually come to think of it alot of projects have been coming up recently..

10 bucks says Hawker Restorations Ltd. will pick it up.

Just a funny feeling I guess.

Or maybe the Canadan Warplane Heritage has enough money to fit the bill? Im sure they would like to have a flyable Hurricane again, but would they even want to with two right in the area right now?

And soon there will be three, then four eventually! :D

Spitfire Spares are selling the Hurricane because they are in the process of acquiring a Mosquito project. Not a done deal yet, but that's the skinny so far (and no, I don't know which Mosquito).
