I am a volunteer with the Project North Star Association of Canada (PNS) here in Ottawa. We are a volunteer group at the Canada Aviation Museum who is taking on the restoration of the last surviving in tact North Star.

The PNS President is planning a trip to Buffalo Airways and will definitely be inspecting the North Star cockpit there. Our budget currently are very limited as we are a new organization and we don't have yet to build up a pool of cash. It would be fantastic if this cockpit could be brought to Ottawa to provid spare parts to the project or to be converted into a display that could be used as an promotional or educational aid.

Thanks for sharing... there were some fascinating pictures there of the Airspray operations. A-26's are such beautiful aircraft. I am always amazed at how little they go for when compared to other similar types!

Cheers,
Richard
