Shown in this factory photo carrying an M-8 triple-rocket launcher on each wing, this Mustang went on to serve
with the 505th FS, 339th FG.

P-51B or C... of the 332nd FG. I'm thinking this ship came to the 332nd from the 52nd FG but am not entirely positive.
It looks like the area forward of the red tail may be the remanants of the 52nd's yellow tail with black cheat stripe, but
I'm just plain not sure...

And lastly, this shot of P-51A 43-6006 was taken at Genny in '85 or '86... long before she became known as 'Polar Bear'.
