I know that both Neal Melton's and John Shoffner's P-47 Thunderbolts will be there. Also Bob Baranaskas's P-40 will also be in attendance.

Yes - even if there was only two or three Mustangs attending it would still be quite a warbird extravaganza. Throw in another 97 or so and you have something really extraordinary!

The Zero present will be the "Tora 101" replica flown by Doug Jackson.

The last list I have, dated 9/16, shows 1 109 and 1 190...whether or not they actually show up on the ramp will be determined no later than Sunday afternoon, Sep 30. :-)

Pacific Prowler will be the official camera ship for the event (which is only fitting, since she served Tallmantz Aviation for many years as a camera ship for various Hollywood productions). In addition, they'll be offering Flight Experiences every day. I know Jim and Steve and gonna have a blast doing all that flying!

Wish I could be there. . .

Cheers!

I may be alone with this comment, but I'm actually kind of glad they don't give a list of every aircraft that is scheduled to be there. Too often now I think we expect every airshow to have a detailed list of all of the aircraft scheduled. It'll be nice to go into that show not knowing what to expect besides the Mustangs and a couple of other planes mentioned.

It appears that Yankee Lady arrived a few minutes ago.

Also it appears that the Tri State Warbird Museum's B-25 is enroute as well.

Click on the "Details" tab next to the N number to see the correct description of the aircraft for both of the above links.
