If you missed this, then you probably also missed seeing P51 Quicksilver parked right next to it,
or maybe the long lines of people waiting to sit in the cockpit of Quicksilver hid the "G" from your sight,
or maybe the very large tank, etc. & the re-enactors next to that distracted you.
or...

I got a look at it on Friday, and inside I did see a dataplate located on the cross member behind where the pilot's seat would be located. Not sure if it's the right plate since it was hard to read, but I did see a spot for the serial number.

Thats exactly what happened! ;)

That and 17hrs in a Miata, then 7.30 till the cops forced us to leave, on the ramp wears on you after a while.
