Those sure look like Packards out of a PT boat. 3 per boat.

They are 4M2500 Packard Marine engines. Big lumps!!

If you were thinking they could be put to use in my Volkswagen, you are dead on. Actually... I have a 1968 Ford full sized truck that would go really fast with that engine....

The PT boat Packards are waiting on a little cash flow to move them toward N. Calif in near future...They came from Colorado, were used in a power plant to run generators..

My buddy has a packard mine sweeper engine, v12 simulair to the pictured above,but an all aluminum motor, diesel...strange but cool...would be nice in a stretch 30's area salt flat car eah?
