Greetings all,

not sure how many of you are interesting in color art but hope that there will not be problem to show my latest profile. This is well know Black Bullet, fighter project done by Northrop by maybe project was too much advanced to get into the life as operational airplane.

everything i ever read on it stated it was a disaster. poor stability & speed. it's operational testing was short lived too. great profile pic though!!

Second prototype had larger vertical. So this could solve problem with stability. But other problem is exhaust gases. Stubs are in the rear part of fuselage and blow directly into the propeller blade. This disturb normal airflow and reduce useful output of propeller. In long term hot gases for sure would damage structure of propeller. So if this type could ever become alive this will be for sure with jet engine.

And for sure it look like the US relative of the Komet :P But it is not. Thank you for compliments :D
