CF101B voodoo panel project

Tue Nov 27, 2007 2:04 pm

I have a new project this winter. It is a Pilot's panel from the CF101B Voodo. I am looking for instruments parts and lights to complete this panel. Not sure how common the instrument fit would be to the USAF voodoos...?

I’m having a moonlight madness sale on non-airworthy instruments (FREE – you pay the shipping and maybe something for the WIX Tip Jar).

I’m waiting to hear back from someone else later this week that might take some of what I have, then you’re the next customer. Shoot me you email address so I can get you some pictures.

Thanks Eric

Does anyone know if there are any surplus Stick grips around?

Hi Peter,
I don't know alot about the CF-101's as compaired to the USAF models but Ebay can be a good source for parts like the standard B-8 stick grip (if you get lucky and don't have a bidding war).
Do you have any cockpit diagrams/photo's from RCAF flight manuals? If you don't I'll try and get you a copy of the USAF ones we have at our Museum along with some pics of our F-101. I can't open the canopy (that requires a small crane and all hands!!!) but will try and get what shots were taken the last time it was opened.

Good luck and happy hunting!
Brian

I'm working on the panels for a NC-121K ! :drink3:

thanks Brian

I have a couple of pics here of the panel as fitted to CF101's. Thanks for the tip about ebay, if you can stay out of bidding war's it is always a good thing :o
