If you look closely - the pipe structure above the bridge structure is a "movie" rain system.

Also, the current bridge is on the right side of the photo.

That bridge is about 12 miles from my home in Southern California and I drive by it often. The town of Piru is very small and can pass for a "one horse town" in west Texas, so it is used often in movie shoots. A few miles east of there is where the air field flying scenes from the TV series Baa Baa Black Sheep took place. The runway is just a farm field now.
