Thanks for that.....the only thing is, too bad the video cuts off just as the wheels leave the ground, would like to have enjoyed the takeoff a bit more. Otherwise though, great stuff.

Dont worry, there are lots more pictures of this B-17 to be published in the furture. I have been in the T-6 for the chase plane on a few of its flights and it looks great in the air.

The video Bill linked to works great for me. It shows taxi, takeoff, a little bit of flight, and the landing. But then I don't actually use Windows Media Player, I use a video player for Linux called
mplayer

There is nothing wrong with any of the videos, they all play fine. My point was: When an airplane takes off on it's first flight, I like to enjoy it climbing into the sky....not cutting to other scenes just yet. Most of the videos I have of this nature just focus on the take off as it soars skyward...then later it's fine to cut away. It's a very small issue, very nice work on all the videos and glad to have them. Most airplane restorations have little or no video of this nature on the internet, so bravo and thanks to the Liberty Belle team for these videos.

John, now I see. I took it as the video was cutting off completely just after the wheels left the ground. I too would like to see more of the take off, but I'm quite happy that they've released any video at all. I look forward to seeing the Liberty Belle in person in the future.
