Here are 32 pix of the Hughes S-43H take at La Porte, Tx airport December 1990. The first one is on its flight from Ellington Field to La Porte. I hope this amout of photos does not give some of you a problem downloading, especially with the site being very slow today.

Two photos of Hughes S-43 before crash in Lake Mead and after crash. Notice the original S-43 had twin tail fins. After rebuild had single tail.

Tulio,
yes the landing gear was locked down for the short flight from Ellington Field to La Porte.

Great photos. You've proven that all that lovely interior detail I put into my model is just wrong. :D
