I think this is the one that was in Air Classics magazine in the 1970's. It had a green WWII paint scheme and they were running the engines up at Chino when it collapsed on it's gear, thus totalling it out. It was later "parted out."

That could be as I left Chino 12 years ago.
I remember a rather stock and pretty complete airframe sitting in his backyard. The paint had been stripped.
