Yep Rick, I saw the A-20 in probably the same T-hangar in November during Flyday. From the outside
she seemed complete, but was showing bare firewalls. I meant to ask about her status in the post-show thread,
but it slipped my mind. :roll:

On the F3F's flying qualities, I was part of a conversation about museum stuff in general a couple of years ago when we dumped the hangar for the blanketyblank jet job we never got. I got the impression then that Mike Burke distinctly disliked the F3F and he said it was a real handful to fly with absolutely awful visibility.
On the whale, it was in the support hangar for a while and now there is renewed interest in it. A couple of newer members are both machinists and are making drawings and tossing around ideas for the waist guns. Hmmm. maybe they can fab up a couple of .30s for the PBY nose.
