my licence finally showed up after they lost my packege and i proved to them that it was sent and they recieved it.... i got the 10 acft i asked for but that is the end of my unlimited LOA

Well, I guess nothing is easy when dealing with Uncle Sam. I'm sorry to hear you had such a mess in getting your new ticket. I really don't understand why the "all makes and models piston" wasn't grandfathered in, (like they did when the new requirement for a tail wheel endorsement came out), but I'm sure they have their reasons.
