This is a bit of stretch, but I photographed two sets of floats last September on Guadalcanal and was told by others that they were off of a Kingfisher. They are at the Vilu outdoor museum out near Cape Esperance. The islanders are not wild about having artifacts leave their area though.

I doubt they'll let you have them, but there is a nice Kingfisher on floats on the USS North Carolina, in Wilmington, NC. If you need a pattern, maybel they'll let you measure them..

Murray Griffith's Precision Aerospace productions (Wangarratta, Victoria, Australia) is either in the process of or tooling up to restore at least one Kingfisher, maybe more; perhaps they can help?

If I remember correctly, the NASM had a hard time finding a set when they did their restoration 10+ years ago...

NASM actually used some parts of the New England Air Museum's Kingfisher when they were restoring theirs. The center float and fuselage that NEAM had at the time were badly damaged when it had crashed in Alaska. NEAM's center float was cut into 4-5 sections. As I can best remember, all the Kingfisher parts NEAM had went to Charlie Nichols out in California and may now be located with some of the stuff down under.
