So how's it going?

Well man, things are to the point where I think we are done. We are being very civil to eachother, and may even be able to remain friends after this whole thing. But she doesn't get it. She makes really good money, almost enough that I wouldn't have to work. ALMOST. So she said to just go out and get a job being like a manager of a drug store or something. Something that I once did during college. Problem with that is that I am not happy doing that. I love being in aviation. Like I always say, My worst day at an aviation job, is still better than my best day at a non aviation job. I explained it to her and tried to get her to come back or explore options that we may have, and she basically said no. So that is where I am. It's just not giving up my aviation career, but it's giving up friends, family, and everything else in addition to that. The one thing that this did show me is that I have amazing friends.

Well, you have to do what is right for you, and it sounds like you are doing just that. Hang in there.

when i got divorced i found out who my friends weren't!! i'd say you have a good crop of buddies!! glad your on the mend. hey chris... for the umpteenth time let's see the p-80 windshield frame restoration so i can kick myself for selling it to you!!
