The KETTENKRAD belongs to a transportation museum in Maple Valley Wa. and the helmet was just brought along as a prop by one of the re-enactors so your picking of the nits fall on deaf ears as it wazznt none 'o' their doin'. Send a nastygram to the museum-

If you really want to nit pick...the Kettengrad and the helmet are the only real artifacts in the photo.
The 262 is a full sized, flying replica

(please notice the wink and smiles!!!)

:D :D :D :D :D :D 8)
We should all know by now that White 1 and Tango-Tango are reproductions, please! lets NOT turn this thread into a 'data plate' battleground like the one raging just above this over the CF's P-51 B/C/whatever :P :P :P      :!: :!: :)
Just savor the thought that you can see a faithful REPRODUCTION flying in an airspace near you and not have to look a grainy black and white photos that are 65 years old and not in sharp focus and think 'GEEZ! ....if only' let that dog go back to sleep!
Personally, I could give a rip if the CF's P-51 is 125% original and accurate, I'm not an anal rivet counter, I just enjoy seeing and hearing one fly past me-
Like Joel Mcrea told Brian Donleavey in the Virginian, 'smile when you say that' :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D  :D :D :D :D :D
