Stearman Video

Wed Jun 11, 2008 9:02 am

I shot this video on June 1st and thought some of you might like to see it. We took the Stearman up the mountain then shot down the slope.

Looks like fun to me!

Great video Frank, thanks for posting. What a blast! I sure wish we had that kind of scenery in St. Louis. If we want to have that kind of fun with a Stearman in St. Louis we have to fly under the bridges or through the Gateway Arch.

Sure is nice to see that Santa Paula survived the river's attempt at taking out the runway. Here at Creve Coeur, we are all to familiar with what a river can do to an airport.

Lovely video! I have to comment that I saw nowhere to safely land during much of the "canyon run" section of the video. I mean BIG rocks and such... Doesn't that worry you a bit? Just asking...

I did more when I was used to flying in the flat states, OK, KA and TX.

Don't you have a little river in that town you could use a a backdrop? Same type of video but use the ships and tugs on the river. That would work!
