B-17 Control Yoke

[B-17 Buff]

Hi Guys,

Im looking to get hold of a control yoke of the type used in the B-17 (not sure if the same type was used in any other a/c, maybe B-29??)

Just the yoke itself, for a small project...

Any ideas where i might be able to pick one up would be welcome!

.. I just threw away 3 boxes full of them complete with the b-17 "horn button" cause no one wanted one

A real WWII B-17 yoke is a real hard item to find, along with the center caps mentioned above. There is a place that sells very well done replicas with the horn button on it as well. I paid like $120.00 for it. They are made to the same standards and materials as the originals. they were molded from the originals. It looks pretty cool hanging on the gameroom wall.
