The show put on by Ed Russell at Niagara South, Canada went well and all are back safely. I got to fly the Spitfire MKIX here as well as a Harvard. A nice way to spend a long weekend, even if my boys were not here.

Great to hear Bill! Glad that you've gotten some Spit time to fill in a bit and make sure the ol' noggin doesn't get dusty. Hope Frank S. and all treated you well for the weekend.

Just landed after coming back from the Russell show.
Got chased by thunderstorms the whole way.
Sat with Bill a couple of times over the w/end and watched him take up the Spit. Also introduced him to my Fleet Finch 16R.

Bill put on a very smooth and professional performance, it's easy to see how comfortable he is flying a Spitfire. He was really enjoying himself.

Bill, glad to see you back in the saddle. Thanks for coming up to Canada and helping at the show.
