Hello, been a "lurker" for quite a while. Thought I'd finnally jump in. Very refreshing to see a site without any bashing.

Anyway, just wondering does anyone know if the 190 in Indiana was bought??

No it wasn't. The bank placed a credit bid and bought it for I assume what they had in it. For more details drop me a PM or email. Interestingly, the local bank that bought it is my bank,

Sorry about thet link, I did a cut and paste from the site and I would guess the add is over, normally they are not that quick at removal. I was going to grab the pics in the afternoon guess i'm a bit late on that one. The photos were of the airframe w/canopy on a framework, wings tailfeathers with assorted parts and a pic of the engine. All parts were natural aluminium.

Guess i'm in for some typing now, the add read as follows.

FLUGWERK FW190 A8/N: Notice of public auction. Kit unassembled. Some items must still be purcased from Flugwerk (fuel, oil, exhaust systems, etc.). Factory prototype has logged several successful flights. Terms of sale: Sold "As is". Statements made day of sale take precedence over printed matter. All sales final. Fifteen percent(15%) paid at time of sale, balance within ten(10) days. Auction to be held at Haller & Colvin, P.C., 44 East Main Street Fort Wayne Indiana 46802, January 20, 2005 at 9:00a.m. EST. Call Vincent J. Henry at IN (260) 426- 0444 Email vheint@hallercolvin.com

If there is a problem with my retyping the add from TAP please edit it or mention it and I will.

Again sorry for bringing it up at the end of its cycle.

Cheers
Tony
