Or is it a P-63? (note 4 blade prop) Maybe a P-39-Q-21 also. Is it me or is it the P-39 is sitting tail low?

I'm thinking Chain Lightning as the engine cowl looks a little long. Might be the perspective but it looks a little long in the tailboom as well. With the crane nearby I seem to remember something about drop testing it to death.
Was this at Wright Pat AAFB.?
