Just saw on the FAA incident site that an SNJ had a minor ground loop in Oregon. Jack, anybody you know? Or has Yeager been flying other folks airplanes again......just kidding.

A Google search says N9820C is operated by the Gulf Coast
wing of the CAF. A little more searching (on this web site)
says it's one of the TORA fake Zero conversions.

Bent metal can be fixed... The good thing is the damage
is listed as "minor" and nobody was hurt!

Historical weather data for Pendleton, OR says the max wind speed
yesterday was 23mph and the max wind gust was 29mph:

At 90' it would be fun.
The last time we were then it was around 35 mph 70'

That is one of our guys! gulp!

The good news is:
No damage to the airframe...
No report on the Piot's pride! :oops:
It did bend the tubes on the landing gear.
Replacements are on their way.
It will be continuing on the tour providing everything passes inspection.
