Yep, and as I like to point out as often as I can, the approximate $250 per year in CAF HQ and Wing dues, along with some sweat equity will get you onboard as a crew member.

Saving up for a ride or flight experience is fine, but in no way compares to the camaraderie in being a part of a working crew. It’s a blast!

It never ceases to amaze me when I hear about CAF aircraft going to an airshow with empty, insured seats.

Also, remember that your National dues can be paid at $19/month now if you sign up with a credit card, so it's getting even easier to convince yourself it's a good investment. :)
