No Chris...the type which will render you a "smoking pile of human rubble"
if you show any weakness! They only get even if you chase them down for
"Round 2"....

Setter, Keep the 3 stone, keep the unpleasant personality, and leave a
trail of $10 bills all the way to the Aston..and then be prepared to get into
some real money! Old airplanes and cars are alot cheaper and safer!!!

Which mod/yr Aston did you get?

Mr.Airnutz,
An E-type,well theres a jag I can understand and feel pity for you and your plight. She is a true beauty(Not so pretty in 2+2 guise)However nomatter how beautiful she may be,she is still a Jag hidden under that beautiful disguise.I feel your pain because I too was a fan of British cast iron objects before I wised up.My first love was a Mk-1 LotusCortina. She however was not your typical British nightmare and was really rather pleasant and not too demanding. But alas it was not to last, for children and their related expenses caused us to part.I attempted to make a living repairing British Cast Iron but eventually switched my talents to Italian junk(Mainly Ferrari)because the owners ot these are generally better off financially and if I'm gonna cripple myself repairing European junk ,It'll be for the people who can reward my labors the most generously. Tim (I apologize to my fellow wix members for going off topic)

Setter,..Well, I may have been remiss in suggesting you maintain your
irrasible personality as an attraction to the Bond Girls. At the Super Bowl
party Sunday, I happened to have made the acquaintence of a really
"dear" 24yr old dancer who assurred me that she was looking for a
"nice gent", like yours truly! She assured me, she was seeking a "stable"
man to keep her "wild tendancies", well grounded!! She even offered to
inflate the "low tire" on my truck...but I the gentleman..deferred..and paid
her sister 20bux to do same...while I, and "da Lizard", errr..Lady..had a
few more drinks! I am pleasantly surprised when my "critical" nature is
proven wrong!!!!

Agent 86..yeah..the Cortina was a sweet sporter. The engine that launched
the Formula Fords. I too prefer the Italian twin-cams...no Ferrari's..
though I've driven a couple. But I'm still gonna do the Jag..and I know
it's gonna Do me!

OK...back to the P-39!!

If you want to buy it you should contact Jim Pearce in the U.K.
That's assuming he is talking about the aircraft and not a car

DaveM2, Since Mick noted the Subject as P-39, I'll venture to offer..we're
back on subject! Please consider our car and female "banter" as Kids in
the Hall chat..before further news of the P-39 was revealed.

It was a slow weekend before the Big Game...

JDK...errrr..um...I'm getting confused. As you use the reference,"Ashes".
Are we back to Subject:"smoking pile of rubble", or has an Ashe-82
somehow founds it's way into our "Bohemian-spun" P-39 Subject??
