OK, stupid question...

Has anyone spoken with the stormbird fellows about mounting radar antlers on the nose of the 2-seater? Could look pretty sweet.

I think that will be up to the purchaser of the aircraft. I doubt it will happen though unless you buy one. :wink:

Personally I hope that the first one flying at airshows will be a single seater, I hate the looks of the two-seaters.

They're convertible....two seat to one seat in about 2 hours....saw photos elsewhere of it being done...pretty cool. This guy at Air Assets is a friend of mine, he's building a 30,000 sq ft. hangar at Jeffco in Denver to house several Russian Messerschmitt wrecks, a Hurricane wreck, a Mustang, and he's hoping to get one of these 262's in there also...will make a trip to Denver here soon to take a look around and get some pics.

I'd just be happy to see one. we don't get much in the way of warbirds here.
