The National Air and Space Museum Archives division will likely have a copy. It takes time to get through their system though. Ask them for a printout of all of their C-47/DC-3 documents as this will be a good reference for you for available technical information you may need in the future.
A quicker way to find it might be contacting Basler in Oshkosh. They have been very helpful to me with C-47 questions in the past.
I have production drawings and blueprints for the C-47 series on microfilm so if there are specific drawings that you may need let me know.
