Saw Cecil at Reno two years ago. Nice guy indeed. Spent time and a hundred or two beers with him in Stockton, Ca. when I bought my B-25 and had it based at Aero Nostalgia while we prepared it to fly to Australia in 1983. My God, is that 22 years ago already...?????
